Inge Meijer is an artist who works in various types of media: analogue film, digital culture, and installations. She is attracted to concepts of representation and cultural phenomena that are often expressed in ritualistic and routine situations. Meijer studied Fine Arts at the Academy for Visual Arts and Design in Arnhem (2012) and completed her two-year residency at the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten (2016/2017). She received the Werkbijdrage Bewezen Talent from the Mondriaan Fund (2018) and her recent publications include The Plant Collection (2019, Roma Publication), selected for The best looked after books 2019 Exhibition at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (2020).
